Acupressure
Relieves pain and tension in your body and brings peace and balance to your mind.

Acupressure is derived from acupuncture theory. It works on the whole person, incorporating breathing and meditation, energy healing and counselling. It aims to bring a deep release and rejuvenation to the body and mind.   It is a wonderfully gentle technique that relieves stress, chronic or acute pain and tension, TMJ pain, anxiety, depression, insomnia, grief, and frustration, leaving you feeling free and relaxed.

 

Each session is individually tailored to the person's goals. Acupressure uses finger pressure on a combination of acu-points on the body. This aids in the unwinding of fascia, increases the circulation of blood and lymph and releases chronic pain patterns. It can bring relief from digestive issues and neck, shoulder and back pain. Acupressure can also assist with the release of emotional pain, limiting beliefs, anger and frustration, that get held in the body and manifest as pain and restriction of movement.
